Our next seminar is on Tuesday 19th April and is all about Social Media.

Social Media use has exploded over the last 10 years and it presents an exciting opportunity for businesses to launch and grow. With reach and engagement to rival TV and radio, an extensive array of tools available and a very low barrier to entry, effective use of social media can supercharge any band’s profile.

Claire is one of the most experienced social media minds in the country. She began her social media career with Myspace in Sydney in 2006 before going on to work at both Bebo and Facebook in London before returning to New Zealand at the beginning of 2013 to run Facebook NZ’s advertising operations. Claire left Facebook a year ago to launch her own training and consulting business, http://www.theclassroom.co.nz/.  With Claire you can start thinking about incredibly powerful strategies and tactics to meet your objectives, advanced storytelling and content strategies, time-saving tools for creating and optimising content, and advanced advertising and measurement tactics.  

Following our successful Youtube seminar with Rebecca Lammers, the seminar will be held simultaneously in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch via a google hangout, and members outside of these regions will also be able to participate.
