Carb on Carb – Australian tour and 2 new labels

Carb on Carb are James and Nicole from Auckland, New Zealand. They have toured consistently since releasing their first EP in 2012, around the region, as well as further afield (Singapore, China and Malaysia). In February, Carb on Carb released a self-titled album, earning many thumbs up, plenty of high-fives and a bunch of new fans.

Since they had so much fun on their February/March tour of Australia, they have wasted no time in returning, timing the tour around American Football’s visit for obvious reasons. The tour is called Stay True Young Emo and includes 5 dates in Melbourne, Canberra and Sydney.

Carb on Carb have also teamed up with Melbourne’s Lesstalak Records to release a limited edition tape version of their album to celebrate the tour. A vinyl release of the album is also imminent, via seminal Sydney venue/label Black Wire Records. The album is also still available for pay-as-you-like download or on CD from their bandcamp.
