Juice TV & J2 Return – Ushering in a New Era of Music Television Across Every Platform

From December 2, Sky TV will partner with Mood to launch Juice TV (Channel 25) and J2 (Channel 26) – two New Zealand-owned music television channels – marking the return of iconic local music programming to Sky and creating the most widely distributed music TV presence ever offered in New Zealand. These channels with be taking the place of MTV Hits & MTV 80’s.
For the first time, New Zealand audiences will have access to a music channel available across satellite, IP, terrestrial broadcast, and streaming platforms simultaneously, delivering full nationwide coverage and device-agnostic access.

Juice Already Reaching Significant National Audience
On Freeview, Juice TV averages over 300,000 viewers every four weeks on Channel 200 (Nielsen). It’s Freeview Digital/IP feed on Channel 38 recorded more than 500,000 connections during the same period.
