Dani Josie Returns With Emotionally Charged Pop-Rock Single

Set for release today, December 12, Dani Josie’s Forever lands just weeks after the rising artist completed her first national headline tour. With relatable, vulnerable verses and a big hooky sing your heart out pop-rock chorus’s Forever is the song that the Australian summer has been longing for.
“Forever is that feeling of being mid-drive, heart full, longing for someone you can’t forget or someone who is unrealistic in your life right now but hoping that it to works-out in the future” says Dani. “
Produced by Dan Martin and co-written by Dani Josie and Dan Martin, the track weaves big guitars, layered harmonies, and a rush of emotion into a pop-rock anthem that feels both personal and universal. Whether it’s heartbreak or a love that hasn’t existed yet, Forever taps into the quiet desperation of what-ifs and unfinished chapters.
Dani’s momentum continues to build heading into 2026. She’ll close out the year with a performance at Rhythm & Vines on December 30th, and will join Cameron Whitcomb as support at The Powerstation, Auckland, on May 5, 2026. These performances come on the heels of her recent headline tour – a milestone that cemented her reputation as an electrifying, must see, live performer and a powerful new voice in New Zealand’s pop and scene.
