Sammy and the Fam are a children’s music group based in Hawke’s Bay who do short and catchy songs about family life.
The first album, Tunes on Toast was released in May 2026 and features songs about ice cream flavours, missing teddies, grumpy toddlers and breakfast.
Sammy and the Fam features lead vocals, backing vocals, ukulele, keyboard, drums, percussion and participation vocals (parts which Sam’s children sing that listeners can join in with).
The ultimate dream is to perform at WOMAD and then to do a world tour selling out stadiums!
