The City Newton Bombers hail from the inner Auckland City suburb of Newton, where Symonds St and Karangahape Road are called home.
They have created quite a stir on the Auckland Live music scene, with shows that can be simply described as intense! Individually, the band have a rich history in New Zealand’s music.
The City Newton Bombers disbanded in May 2008 with their last gig at Galatos on 28 May 2008.
