“Max, the Rhythm Guitarist, had been playing guitar for a few years, and at this point we had no intention of making a band. Unfortunately we were listening to Hip-Hop and that music at this stage, then in August of 2005, Sam, the drummer signed up for drum lessons with Max and Arana [close friend of the band] and after six months, Sam got better than both of them, got his own drumkit, then Max and Sam came back to school in 06′ with a plan to make a band.”

“We talked to a friend, David, and convinced him to buy a bass and learn it. Suprisingly, he did, then another friend, Todd started learning guitar and got really good at it, so he became Lead Guitar.”

“Then we went out looking for a Vocalist. We found the perfect singer personality in the flesh, Luc (or Canada, cause he’s Canadian), then we started going to gigs at the Underground and started really getting into it. So we decided to sign up for the Smokefree Rockquest 2006.
and didnt even make it thru the heats, but we said a few words!! with heaps of support from local bands, we kept goin, so shot guys! u guys kick ass! then we got lee from taynt, makin us even stronger, it was decided to let todd go, it cudnt wrk with all the fightng and shit, but hey shit happens, then we gt an offer to do Agents EXPAND/CONTRACT album release, the gig we wantd! so thanks vry much u guys. Finaly Distorted Fusion is complete!! we now have our bassisst, plz welcum Harley Beale!”
