Inside Trading is an Auckland based producer & musician specialising in organic downbeat and instrumental hip-hop, and electronic music. As well as touring-band appearances with the likes of Stranger Cole, Chris Murray and Tyson Ritter of All American Rejects, he is a frequent live musician in multiple New Zealand bands including Night Gaunts, Lost Vessels, and Yebiisu.
Inside Trading as a project was started as a lockdown experiment, with 48-hour turnarounds to complete a series of collaborations with other producers. The result was Inside Trading Vol 1 & 2, a collection of home-studio recordings alongside other collaborators. 2025 sees appearances with Radio Relaxo on their debut album as well as more funky downbeat chill-hop collabs, usually providing guitar and bass duties, with tracks signed with renowned label Millennium Jazz Music alongside turntablist and producer Mista Ed .
