Libbianski formed as a band in 2022, blending the various backgrounds of all the members culminating in their take of genre-defying shoegaze. After spending 2023 writing and rehearsing their first album Useless Splendour, they took it on the road and toured across New Zealand throughout 2024 working with Footstomp Music to promote it across New Zealand Australia.
Libbianski’s sound has since evolved with EP Episode 1 (Dec 2025) sparking a new direction to heavier sounds and contrasting vocal line up. An anticipated new EP will be set to release in late 2026 further pushing their sound into new heavier territory.
