Lovers Strait are a six-piece alternative pop/rock band from Auckland, New Zealand. Combining guitars, keyboards, saxophone, bass and drums, the band create a layered and energetic sound built around big hooks and emotional melodies. Their songs balance an upbeat, danceable feel with more introspective lyrics, bringing together the energy of a live band with a strong focus on melody and songwriting.
