Spearhead

Spearhead is a hard rock band delivering a 70’s rock-inspired sound, characterized by heavy drums, powerful guitars, and complex vocal harmonies. Formed during the second lockdown by Skottie Hardwick (vocals) and Stevo Morrez (lead guitar), the band emerged as an exciting project born out of creativity and circumstance. Skottie’s poetic lyrics and commanding voice blended perfectly with Stevo’s ready collection of songs and riff-heavy writing.

Rounding out the lineup are Logan Wedgwood (drums), Wade Blow (bass), and Jake Single (second lead guitar).

Drawing inspiration from bands like The Darkness, Shihad, Wolfmother, and Queen, Spearhead’s music is diverse in its themes, tackling everything from global warming and mental health to mythology, witches, and Titans. Fans can expect high-energy rock ‘n’ roll live shows, delivering exactly what’s on the recordings — no autotune, no studio trickery, and no session musicians.

The band has just released their self-titled debut album, but their creativity never stops—new material is always in the works.
