Tahla Ward is a young singer/songwriter, from the scenic shores of Riverton, New Zealand. From starting singing at just the young age of 7, Tahla has performed and competed all over New Zealand and even Australia, especially with her trio The Dollys, who are the proud 2023 NZ Gold Guitar Intermediate Overall Winners. She has been a support/guest act with The Dollys for artists such as Brother Hollow, The Bushwackers, and Jenny Mitchell, plus a guest act by herself for Amber Lawrence, and has also co-written with Lyn Bowtell.
With these experiences and recently graduating from the Tamworth Country Music Academy in 2025, Tahla is now embarking on her journey to expand her career as a songwriter, with her release of her debut single Dear Michael coming out April 2026.
