Contact FM celebrated its 50th Anniversary with a sold out gig at the Meteor, Hamilton.

This unique event showcased five bands with  DJ`s, and was MC`d by Jesse Mulligan a past presenter at the station, an exhibition of Contact FM memorabilia, which also incorporates a visual showcase of music videos,short films and photos from this period of time.

Headlining the night were Mobile Stud Unit bringing their unique style of ‘pus rock’ to songs such as “Grut Sniffer, “Dead Drummers, Stus pie cart and Bob”

The night also included the debut of lead singer Rohan Marx`s son ‘Skidz’ on Bass.
