Contact FM celebrated its 50th Anniversary with a sold out gig at the Meteor, Hamilton.

This unique event showcased five bands with  DJ`s, and was MC`d by Jesse Mulligan a past presenter at the station, an exhibition of Contact FM memorobilia, which also incorporates a visual showcase of music videos,short films and photos from this period of time.

Fourth on the Bill were Hamiltons Watershed,  formed in 1987 they were highly regarded and  supported a number of bands including The Chills, and Straightjacket Fits before parting ways in the early nineties.
