Ezra Phoenix Releases Self-Titled Debut Album

Poneke based artist Ezra Phoenix is set to fly with his debut self-titled album Ezra Phoenix.
Produced by Toby Lloyd at Tiny Triumph Recordings, the album will be released on Friday 26th February via Spotify, Tidal, iTunes, Apple Music and more. Written and composed by Ezra, the album will include the previously released single Run With The Wild Ones, and the brand new single Love My Brain, Boy which had an accompanying official music video captured by Filmmaker Lee Gingold.
Ezra Phoenix (Real name Solomon Esera), has been entertaining and performing most of his life, but only started exploring songwriting in 2011 when he attended Excel School of Performing Arts in Auckland, New Zealand. His love for the art form has since developed into the main tool of his expression. The original album features songs that were written as far back as 2013 during his years at Victoria University of Wellington, right through to 2020. The 7 songs are inspired by the last 7 years of Solomon’s life that has ultimately led to the birth of his alter ego Ezra Phoenix. This alternate spirit is the newest of the seven that Solomon has manifested over the course of his life, but it seems that Ezra Phoenix has more to say than all the rest.
