Josh Keating to release bilingual country hit ‘Again’

Ngāi tahu singer/songwriter and multi award winning musician Josh Keating is set to release 2 singles following his debut single I’m Gone which saw him on the Aotearoa Music Charts in 2025.
Following a tough year in 2025 almost giving up music after being brutally attacked during a break in his performance, Josh Keating is back with a brand new single tying together his love of both country music and his Māori Whakapapa. Again was written at a Te Reo Māori song-hub alongside many talented artists such as: Hone, and KEI, with a goal of bringing more Te Reo Māori into the music we hear on the radio.
The track is written about a failing relationship that you keep coming back to Again, but the song takes a special meaning as Josh’s first release to incorporate Te Reo Māori.
“There is something so special about hearing Te Reo Māori in music, it takes me to a place that no other music can. I’m so incredibly lucky to be surrounded by Te Reo Māori speakers who have been able to help me put Māori into my music, and I’m so excited to bring Again into the world.”
