Kiwi’s Atop The Singles Charts

Another good week for kiwis on the local charts, with Scribe sitting at #1 on the singles chart (the first time a local act has occupied this spot since Goodshirt’s ‘Sophie’, 10 months back), and fellow hip-hopper Mareko lurking about at the #5 spot.

Also in this week’s top 20 are Blindspott and Elemeno P. Those acts may soon be joined by Goldenhorse & Brooke Fraser, both of whom are near the top of the “being added to radio station playlists” chart – a good indicator of what’s going to be making it onto the singles chart proper over the next couple of weeks.
