Paper Thieves Announce new single ‘Oh Man’ and New Zealand tour
Paper Thieves is a five-headed psychedelic soul project with roots in New Zealand, Turkey and Germany. Singer Leah Christensen creates imagery through spirited storytelling, and with the groups blend of soulful vocals, psychedelic guitar and stimulating rhythms they create a dynamic and playful atmosphere.
Oh Man is the first single release by Paper Thieves since their 2019 EP Koumpounophobia. In the song Christensen relates the experience of striving to express her creativity in a male-dominated music world.

Last year’s EP Koumpounophobia (their second) was the first taste of the sound they have been developing for the last two years, and has been featured internationally on major blogs and radio stations.
