Thousand Limbs are an instrumental metal band from Tāmaki- Makaurau Auckland.
Fall of Body and Mind is the fourth single from their soon to be released debut LP The Aurochs.
The album is a ten-part song-cycle based on Kakuan Shien’s Ten Ox Herding Pictures, with each of the album’s ten songs being based on one of the ten woodcuts – Fall of Body and Mind being based on the 8th image in the series.
