Solomon Cole Band Release Second Single Bruises

With their newly released album Bruises receiving rave reviews and reaching No. 19 on the NZ album charts this week, The Solomon Cole Band release their second single Bruises.

Bruises unleashes the band’s full arsenal of blues with a melancholy, raw and ethereal sonic power and the infectious stomp of rock ‘n’ roll redemption.

Here they dwell upon the darker arts where a Bailterspace-like guitar meets Solomon Cole’s smouldering Mark Lanegan style vocals, the sweeping production of engineer Nick Abbott ushering their blues/rock/soul sonics into the modern age.

Bruisesis now available for purchase from Bandcampand all good digital service providers. Listen to the full length album version on Spotifyand Soundcloud.

The Solomon Cole Band are performing at the following venues in the coming weeks:

Saturday November 5th – The Yot Club, Raglan w/ Bonfire Baby
Friday November 18th – The Thirsty Dog, Auckland w/ Bonfire Baby
Saturday November 19th – Leigh Sawmill Cafe
