Sunday evening presented Concert 2 for 2025 – Mozart Piano Concerto No 2 in D Minor and C.P.E. Bach Magnificat

The Auckland Town Hall was taken to another world, firstly with pianist Madeleine Xiao playing Mozart’s concerto. While still studying for a Bachelor of Music (Honours) at U of A, it was easy to see why Madeleine is in high demand in New Zealand and overseas.

Secondly C.P.E. Bach’s Magnificat with Chorus and Soprano – Elizabeth Mandeno, Alto – Katie Trigg, Tenor – Taliai Fifita, and Baritone – Edward Laurenson.

Conducting the evening was Music & Artistic Director – Rita Paczian.
