Paige Unveils New EP ‘paigesspace’

Today, Platinum singer-songwriter and producer Paige releases 4th studio project paigesspace. With it comes brand new single why do we wanna be in love? featuring charming visualiser filmed amongst the busy nighttime streets of Japan. A sucker punch to the heart, the single playfully weighs up the messy price of love as Paige trills “love kinda sucks, it hits you then it runs”.​

​The intimate EP arrives after a string of releases including catchy debut single ‘twenties’ that saw an impressive swell of airplay support. Recently, Paige travelled to South Korea to perform her first ever Asia headline show at SubRiot, Seoul; where Paige holds her largest market. Returning to Aotearoa, Paige will also perform at the 2025 Waiata Maori Music Awards this evening, where she is nominated for Te Tohu Manu Tioriori Wahine Autaia Best Māori Female Solo Artist.​

Following 2023 debut album King Clown, Paige returned to the studio seeking deep self-connection. In those long nights beneath the dim studio lights, the raw and honest Paige trickled onto paper in a way that is undeniably beautiful. paigesspace, named after Paige’s longtime social media handle, is an intimate and stripped-back project. It’s a raw, honest body of work that serves as a very personal invitation into her world.​
