Bulletproof Convertible Announce Dunedin and Christchurch Shows

Kicking off the 2026 year in preparation for a debut album release, Bulletproof Convertible have announced two upcoming shows.
Bulletproof Convertible is a high-octane New Zealand rock trio fusing gritty blues, authentic country, and a solid sprinkle of punk attitude. Warming up and blowing out those festive Summer cobwebs the trio are performing at Dunedin’s Crown on January 17th. The following weekend sees an invite back to Canterbury’s ever popular and riotous Muscle Car Madness Rangiora Showgrounds spectacular on January 23-24. After that, they’ll be putting on a show over at Christchurch’s Rolling Stone on January 24th with special guests, local heroes The Wendy’s.
With Silas Waring on guitar, Alex Ramsay on drums, and Paul Southworth driving deep grooves on double bass, their original songs deliver relentless rhythms and irresistible hooks. Songwriter Waring masterfully brings life’s raw characters and vivid landscapes to life, crafting scenes that resonate deeply and melodies that linger. Known for explosive, danceable performances bursting with energy, Bulletproof Convertible promises an electrifying experience that will keep crowds moving from the first chord to the last beat. With support from Sol and the Fillets.
