Chet Faker Returns To Auckland For One Night Only

Chet Faker has today announced his return to New Zealand as part of the A Love For Strangers World Tour. Performing at Town Hall on Saturday 12 September, fans can experience Chet Faker in the iconic atmosphere of one of Auckland’s most historical venues.

The announcement comes off the back of his latest album A Love For Strangers, which was released earlier this year. The record sees Nick Murphy – the ARIA-winning songwriter, musician, and producer behind Chet Faker – come full circle, returning to the sense of restless exploration that inspired his earliest work. Across the album’s 12 songs, Chet Faker ruminates on heartbreak and uncertainty on a grand scale – asking questions about how we relate to each other, examining the ways in which we fail to do so, and extending a necessary sense of hope when it comes to repairing our relationships with the world around us.
