Stan Walker Announces Expansion of A Symphonic Experience in Ōtautahi Christchurch
After selling out Trusts Arena in less than a week, Stan Walker (Tūhoe, Ngāi Te Rangi, Ngāti Ranginui, Ngāti Pūkenga, Tūhourangi, Ngāti Wāhiao, Ngāti Porou, Ngāti Whakaue and Ngāi Tahu) is bringing A Symphonic Experience to Christchurch on 7th November.
‘Stan Walker – A Symphonic Experience’, presented by Fabrik and Mai FM, pairs Walker’s storytelling prowess and his full live band with a 30+ piece orchestra. Every song will be reimagined, rearranged and performed live in a way audiences have never experienced before.
With a career spanning 17 years, kick-starting when he won Australian Idol in November 2009, Walker expands the previously announced one-night-only unforgettable live experience to the Wolfbrook Arena in Ōtautahi.
The night of music, culture and connection will bring together the favourites like Black Box, Take It Easy, I Am, Māori Ki Te Ao and more, transformed for a night unlike anything you’ve heard from Stan before.
