Kaden Hura-McIntosh is an indie alt rock/pop musician, residing in Hawke’s Bay, NZ. Since launching his music career in 2022, his debut album Recount Or Recant, released in May 2024, as well as his second album In Darkness There Is Light, released in May 2025, has made the young artist known for his introspective and relatable lyrics, as well as his unique use of ukulele in rock music.
His EP Lovesick Diary, released in December 2025, was crafted during his first year of study at EIT Taradale, and introduces electric guitar and recorded instruments into his sound for the first time ever.
His third album The Achery Sessions, is set to release on June 5th 2026, with the first lead single Ride!, set to release on May 15th 2026, weeks before the album’s release.
