The second release party of Georgia Lines’ EP, The Guest House came to Hollywood Cinema, Avondale last night (30 Aug, the first being in Georgia’s home town of Tauranga)

This was Georgia’s last NZ show before heading to Nashville.

Georgia and her band (Nick Manders – keys and guitar, Marika Hodgson – elec and acoustic guitar, Holly Webster – bass and Elijah Whyte – drums), performed the new The Guest House EP in its entirety plus other classic Georgia songs including an emotional cover of Yellow Brick Road, much to the delight of the crowd.

Georgia was supported by a solo Lou’ana accompanied by her “caster” bringing a great mix of soulful, bluesy, funk numbers.

New comers, Aisha and Bebe (Rockquest 2025 national finalists) opened the evening.
