Channeled Release New Single ‘Come Home’ as a New Era Begins

Auckland alternative rock band Channeled have released their new single, Come Home, on streaming platforms today, Friday 23 October. Come Home marks the beginning of a new era for the band following a recent lineup change.
Driven by a heavy, riff focused sound, Come Home brings together the band’s alternative rock influences with a powerful, melodic approach. The release signals the next chapter for Channeled, with a refreshed lineup and a renewed focus on pushing their sound forward.
The band will celebrate the release with a show tonight at Auckland’s Geihinkan, before bringing their latest music video to the big stage tomorrow. The video will premiere at Armageddon Expo on Saturday 24 October at 3:50pm, followed by its worldwide YouTube premiere at 8:00pm NZ time that evening.
Directed by Guy Pigden and produced by Annamarie Connors, the video brings together alternative rock and professional wrestling in a cinematic story inspired by the larger than life characters and visual style of 1980s wrestling. Filmed at Off Broadway Theatre in Papakura, it features talent from Impact Pro Wrestling and was made possible with funding from NZ On Air.
Come Home explores the idea of messages left behind by people from our past, and how those messages can help guide us through difficult times. With the new single, a refreshed lineup and an ambitious music video, Channeled are looking ahead to what comes next.
Come Home is available to stream now.
Channeled play Auckland’s Geihinkan tonight, Friday 23 October. The official music video premieres at Armageddon Expo tomorrow at 3:50pm, followed by the worldwide YouTube premiere at 8:00pm NZ time.
