Diesel Announces NZ Tour for February 2027

Australian singer-songwriter Diesel brings his acclaimed By Request solo tour to New Zealand in February 2027, with shows announced for Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.

Diesel holds a special place in the hearts of New Zealand fans, thanks for NZ chart Top 20 hits like Tip Of My Tongue, Come To Me, Don’t Need Love, Never Miss Your Water and many more. His biggest album in New Zealand is Hepfidelity which reached No. 1 in May 1992 and remained in the Top 5 for a staggering 13 weeks.

Diesel – By Request places the setlist firmly in the hands of the audience, with fans invited to submit the songs they want to hear before each performance – cover songs included. Also drawing from a catalogue that spans more than four decades, the result is an intimate, unpredictable and deeply personal evening where every show takes on a life of life of its own.

From fan favourites and chart-topping classics through to deep cuts and unexpected gems, By Request offers audiences a rare opportunity to shape the soundtrack of the evening. The tour has also become known for its spontaneous moments, with Diesel often dipping into the music that inspired him along the way, creating a show that feels equally like a concert, a conversation and a celebration of live music.
