Drax Project to support Camila Cabello + announce new music
The unbelievable run of accolades for Wellington band Drax Project continues!
Off the back of supporting Ed Sheeran on his record breaking NZ Tour, selling out two Powerstation shows in no time, and being certified Platinum in New Zealand with their smash hit single Woke Up Late, Drax Project have been announced as the support artist on Camila Cabello’s sold-out European Tour.
The eight-date tour kicks off in Glasgow at the O2 Academy on June 5thbefore heading to Birmingham, London, Amsterdam, Berlin, Paris and Barcelona, ending in Madrid on June 27th. For full tour info head HERE.
News of the tour support coincides with the announcement that Drax Project are also set to release their new EP Noon on all digital and streaming platforms this Friday – June 8th. Noon will feature the breakthrough track Woke Up Late as well as brand new single Only Us.
Drax Project have quickly become one of NZ’s hottest music exports, from performing at Auckland City Limits and closing the New Zealand Festival earlier in the year, to featuring on US rapper Famous Dex’s new album alongside the likes of Wiz Khalifa, A$AP Rocky and Diplo.
