Killian Ordono Announces Upcoming Debut Rap Album ‘Kill The Sound!’

Following the release of Sound earlier this year, New Zealand independent artist Killian Ordono is preparing to release his upcoming album, Kill The Sound!, on June 20.

The project marks Ordono’s first dedicated rap album since the New Era era released on October 29, 2024. Over the past month, he has focused on developing his music skills while creating an 11-track album that showcases his growth as both an artist and producer.

While his previous album Lovebomb explored a different musical direction, Kill The Sound! returns to rap and combines energetic production, creative concepts, and a stronger artistic identity.

Several tracks highlight different aspects of the project. Press Start draws inspiration from retro gaming themes, while Kill Season captures the confidence and determination behind the album’s creation. The project concludes with Sky, a track that reflects the progress and experiences gained throughout the journey.

Speaking about the album, Ordono says:

“Kill The Sound! represents a new chapter for me. I spent the last month improving my music, experimenting with new ideas and pushing myself creatively. This project shows how much I’ve grown since my earlier releases, and I’m excited for people to hear it.”

Two tracks on the album also received additional mixing assistance from a collaborator, helping bring the final project together.

Kill The Sound! will be available on all major streaming platforms from June 20.
