melbourne is a gentle, cross-genre offering that draws on elements of breakbeat and downtempo to create a soundscape that’s both delicate and deeply emotive. Inspired by the experience of touring in Melbourne supporting edapollo and Pines, Late June captures the subtle beauty and late-night atmosphere of the city through deepened percussion, tender piano lines, and airy, distant vocals. It’s a reflective and immersive piece that encapsulates the fleeting emotions and memories of time spent on the road.

melbourne is about touring through the city, spending time with mates, making music, and just soaking up that lifestyle of being a travelling artist. It’s a bit of a snapshot of late nights, early mornings, and everything in between that made the trip special.” – Late June
