Leftfield (UK) return to New Zealand in March 2026
MG Live and Frontier Touring proudly announce Leftfield – one of electronic music’s all-time greatest acts – with very special headline shows for 2026 as they continue their celebration of their 35th anniversary (36 at the time of writing).
Speaking on the shows, Neil Barnes shared, “It will be 36 years since I released the first Leftfield track, Not Forgotten, and 31 years now of Leftism. It feels like the perfect time to celebrate and I’m so pleased that finally we get to come back to New Zealand and Australia. Let’s make it unforgettable. Can’t wait to see you there!”
The iconic British pioneers of progressive house and experimental electronic music will launch their March 2026 tour in New Zealand, starting at Auckland’s Powerstation on Sunday 1 March, and continuing at Meow Nui in Wellington on Monday 2 March. They then head to Australia for a run of east coast dates, beginning at The Tivoli in Brisbane on Thursday 5 March, followed by Sydney’s Enmore Theatre on Saturday 7 March, and concluding at Live at the Gardens in Melbourne’s Royal Botanic Gardens on Sunday 8 March.

Leftfield’s most recent release was a collection of remixes of Full Way Round Feat. Grian Chatten, and they have also been touring across the UK and Europe throughout 2025 to bring their 2022 album This Is What We Do to life.
