MOHI Releases New Single ‘Taniwha’

When the All Blacks invited MOHI to collaborate for their Matariki celebrations ahead of the Italy test in Wellington, he responded by writing Taniwha alongside his long-time producer, Noema.

Treated as a powerful walkout anthem celebrating te ao Māori, unity and strength, the track was designed to energise the team before taking the field. As part of the collaboration, MOHI taught the waiata to the All Blacks and a Wellington kura.

Now arriving on digital streaming platforms, Taniwha will also feature on MOHI’s forthcoming album, arriving later this year.
