Rising New Zealand singer-songwriter and self-producer SIUA (Siosiua Tapa) returns today with Heart Full, his first release under new label Homeville.

Following his debut single On The Roll and the stripped-back romance of Diving Deeper, Heart Full pulls SIUA’s sound into a sunnier, steadier register – a warm, mid-tempo reggae love song built for a relationship that’s already found its footing rather than one still finding its feet.

Where Diving Deeper captured the vertigo of falling for someone, Heart Full is about staying. Over a sweet reggae groove, SIUA sings of a partner he keeps coming back to through every season, promising in the chorus to keep showing up: “Let’s get together like back in the day / I’ll keep coming for ya, love and adore ya.” It’s a song less concerned with chasing love than with simply being grateful to have found it.

“Heart Full is about having a heart full of love for someone and sharing a connection that feels natural, warm and safe. It’s about enjoying each other’s presence, creating memories and being there through every season of life – choosing someone over and over again, and never wanting that feeling to fade.” – SIUA

Written and self-produced, Heart Full continues SIUA’s hands-on approach to songwriting, arrangement, and sound design – happy, chill and unmistakably reggae, at a medium energy that never over-reaches. It’s also his first release since joining Homeville, a milestone that marks a new chapter as he moves toward a bigger platform ahead of his debut EP.
