The Little River Music Festival taking place this November

Little River is a stunning rural community based on the outskirts of Christchurch on Banks Peninsula.

This year’s Music Festival is taking place on Saturday, November 15th, 2025, is being held with a purpose close to the Little River Music Festival community – raising funds to restore and repurpose their old “recycling shed” into a permanent wellbeing and sports facility for the community. Once restored, this space will serve as a hub for a range of community health and activity groups which will act as a vital asset for the physical and mental wellbeing of their community.

The festival promises to be a big day out, for the whole family, featuring an exceptional line-up of local musical talent. Performances will include Jordan Luck (with The Eastern), Adam Hattaway & The Haunters, Al Park, The Western Valley Road Band and many more, with 10 acts in total. All artists have generously donated their time and talents to support this wonderful cause.

What makes this event truly special is the community spirit driving it. Their planning team is made up entirely of dedicated volunteers who are passionate about seeing this vision come to life. Their hard work reflects the broader commitment of the Little River community to creating long-term, positive change. 100% of ticket sales go directly to the building restoration project.
