Youth Fund & Trickk Management Present A Lakeside Affair

Youth Fund and Trickk Management are proud to announce A Lakeside Affair, a free concert event taking place on Saturday October 23^rd at Albany Lakes, Civic Park, Auckland.

A Lakeside Affair will showcase some of New Zealand’s finest emerging design and musical talent as well as give local audiences a chance to check out a free Cheapskates skateboarding demonstration win Cheapskates prizes including skateboard, bike and clothing vouchers.

Performing at the event will be local songstress Lisa Crawley. Having recently supported the likes of John Mayer and Jools Holland, Crawley has been a staple of the Auckland live music scene for the past few years and will be showcasing songs from her upcoming debut album. Also playing will be Auckland based rockers Kingston. The quartet have been building a strong following over the last few years on the strength their live show, playing to audiences all over the world.

Joining these acts will be alternative soul/surf band The Psychs, fronted by ex-Electric Confectionaries front-man Jaisi Sheehan. These local lads have a live set not to be missed. Rounding out the musical line up are Alt rock band Mad Pattern, Indie pop quartet The Leers and Auckland band Bee & The Drones.

Two local clothing designers will also be showcasing their designs at the event. Contemporary Streetwear label KINGDOMOF and up and coming label Quinn will both be on site displaying their wares.

A Lakeside Affair is an Alcohol-free event but will have plenty of food and beverage options on site. Should the weather not be ideal on the 23^rdOctober, the following day (Sun 24^thOctober) has been set aside as the rain day.
