Meg Theron to release new single ‘Fine’
21 year old Wellington creative Meg Theron, is back with another new single after finishing her 2021 single hattrick with May’s release Anyone. Theron is looking inward at how she’s been feeling lately with R&B inspired, Pop track, Fine.
Fine is more acoustic styled and stripped back in nature. Featuring R&B melodic guitar and Meg’s classic hip hop drum production. Meg wanted to use the concept of autotune in the hook to convey the artificial tone of the phrase ‘I’ll be fine’. “I’ve been struggling with being honest about my emotions lately, so Fine is a chance to let that all out. Speaking from experience, usually when someone says they’re fine they’re not, so I wanted to build off that”.
