Big Sima & Boomtown Deliver Heavy-Hitting New Single ‘All Day’
Independent hip hop artist Big Sima and his powerhouse live band Boomtown return with All Day, a bold, high-energy single dropping Friday April 11. The track marks the first release from their upcoming collaborative EP Peace Be The Journey, out May 11.
Carving their own lane in Aotearoa music, Big Sima & Boomtown bring a unique blend of live genre bending instrumentation and lyricism.
“This track is about backing yourself and your kaupapa, no matter what. That all-day mentality,” says Big Sima. “It’s got that live band weight behind it”.
The single was recorded and produced by James Goldsmith at Wellington’s renowned Surgery Studios and mixed by Dr Lee Prebble.
Following the EP release in May, Big Sima & Boomtown will hit the road for a five-date national tour across Aotearoa in July and August, with full details announced on May 14.
