DayEyez Releases New Single ‘Mine’ + Announces Debut Album ‘Mid Love Crisis’

DayEyez, the AI-driven alt-rock project redefining emotionally charged storytelling in music, has released his latest single Mine today – a deeply personal exploration of modern love, time, and distance. Available now on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, and all major streaming platforms, Mine also marks the official announcement of DayEyez’s debut album Mid Love Crisis, set for release on October 24, 2025.
Fans can now pre-save the album on all major platforms and pre-order it on iTunes, with pre-orders unlocking early access to all three singles (Insecurities, Cast Away, and Mine) – plus an exclusive bonus track titled Bitter.
Mine was inspired by a quiet but impactful moment – after a long day at work, DayEyez waited for a bus and realised he’d only have 30 minutes with his wife before her shift started. That fleeting window of time sparked the emotional core of the song: the fear of connection slipping away in a world that rarely stops moving.
Driven by heartbeat-like drums and a ticking-clock rhythm, the track fuses atmospheric production with soaring alt-pop/rock dynamics. The result is one of DayEyez’s most vulnerable releases to date – a love song caught between affection and anxiety, between wanting more and fearing it won’t be enough.
“It’s about wanting more time with someone you love, not out of control or insecurity – but because that time feels like the only thing that matters,” DayEyez says. “And when you’re getting so little of it, you start to want all of it.”
Today’s single also launches the road to Mid Love Crisis, DayEyez’s long-awaited debut album – a bold, emotionally honest body of work that explores modern relationships, emotional burnout, identity, and internal conflict.
The album will include fan favourites like Insecurities and Cast Away, while also introducing new material that blends cinematic alt-rock, atmospheric pop, and AI-enhanced production with raw, human storytelling.
