Ding Dong Lounge Band Competition 2025: Semi-Finalists Announced

Auckland’s Ding Dong Lounge has announced the eight bands progressing to the semi-finals of the 2025 Band Competition, taking place on Friday, November 14 and Saturday, November 15. Now in its tenth year, this annual event continues to be a launchpad for emerging talent – connecting artists, audiences, and industry professionals while showcasing the future of New Zealand music.

The winners of the semi-finals will advance to the Grand Final on Saturday, November 29, competing for professional recording, music video production, custom artwork, promotional support, and additional prizes from JB Hi-Fi, Ion Guitar Works, and more.
