Following 2024’s 11-track Echoes LP, their 2025 single S.P.L.A.S.H., and April’s Mad Matrix single, King Ru and O.G return with Handle It, the third single from their forthcoming collaborative album Riddim n Rhyme, coming September 2026.

Released via Grenell’s independent label, Central Records, Handle It arrives alongside a colourful, uplifting music video, available from Friday, 10 July 2026 across all major streaming and video platforms.

Handle It is the magnum opus of the Grenell and King Ru collaboration, culminating in a nearly six-minute musical journey across two distinct halves. The first is an up-tempo, garage-inspired groove, where King Ru lyrically pines for his lady over infectious rhythms. The second shifts into a half-time descent through deep sound-system dub territory, allowing Grenell to improvise freely with expressive acoustic guitar solos, spacious delays, and lingering dub effects. King Ru’s bridge pays tribute by naming several Jamaican parishes affected by last year’s devastating Hurricane Melissa.

The track showcases both artists at their most creative, blending heartfelt songwriting with adventurous musical exploration while seamlessly moving between contrasting musical styles.

To support the release, an Australian east coast tour is currently in development for November 2026, with dates across major cities and summer festival appearances to be announced. The project has already generated early momentum following a preview DJ mix by Grenell on Melbourne’s PBS Radio in March and Channel 31 in September.

Grenell can be seen and heard every Friday during his hour of Visual Radio, streaming live on Twitch with collaborator Max Shotta as part of Friday Night LETOFF, from 5–6 PM PST / 7–8 PM NZT.
