Tempo 38 Release New Single ‘Poison The Resolution’

After recently dropping the Deep State single and video – the bands first new recorded material in 20 years – Tempo 38 release their latest single Poison The Resolution. The track is already receiving rotation airtime on The Rock FM “NZ’s best rock radio station”.
The track was recorded with Nick Blow at SLP in Hawkes Bay, and mastered by Josh Llewellyn at Downbeat Mastering.
In addition, Won’t Break Me!, a 14-track compilation of material from the bands back catalogue has been made available online.
Originally created as a CD giveaway for the 2024 reunion show at Paisley Stage in Napier, the compilation is now available as a free download on Bandcamp through the bands label Hit Your Head Music.
Won’t Break Me! is also on all major streaming platforms and digital stores.
Formed in 1999, Tempo 38 carved out a reputation across New Zealand and Australia through relentless shows and releases, including four EPs and a split album with Australian hardcore outfit Provoke (PEE Records / Hit Your Head Music).
After an extended hiatus, the band reunited in 2024 to a sold-out comeback show at Paisley Stage, Napier. Since then they’ve delivered standout performances at the Deathless Beer Launch Party, Destroy Napier festival as well as the Deep State release party and most recently Outfield Festival.
